Philadelphia, Pa. – Stetson's Ryan Peters never got into a rhythm on the Union League Club at Torresdale Course on Tuesday in the second round of the PGA Works Collegiate Championship, leaving the Hatters' redshirt junior with a 78.
 
Peters opened his round with a birdie on the par 5 10^th hole, but followed with a bogey on 11 and a double bogey on 13. He then had bogeys on three of the next four holes and made the turn at five-over par.
 
He seemed to have things going his way after a double on the par 4 third hole, putting birdies on his card on the par 4 fifth and the par 4 seventh holes, but he finished his round with a double bogey on eight and a bogey on nine for his 78.
 
Peters was not alone, as there was not a single player in the men's Division I individual field who broke par on Tuesday. He is tied for 12^th after two rounds at the event.
 
The tournament will conclude on Wednesday with the final round back at the Union League Liberty Hill Course, which is where the first round was played. Peters is scheduled for an 8:14 a.m. tee time starting on the 10^th tee.
