The Hatters and Governors have faced off just once as Austin Peay only joined the conference last year. The teams faced off on October 13, 2022 with Stetson coming out on top 3-1. 
 
Scouting the Hatters (1-11-2, ASUN 1-5-1)
The Hatters are coming off a heartbreaking loss to Lipscomb Thursday night. Stetson was able to hold one of the high powered offense scoreless through 89 minutes until a deflection of a defender gave Lipscomb a goal. Goalkeeper Mallory Osborn and the defenders displayed superb defense throughout the match. Week 1 ASUN Player of the Week Annika Seem leads the Hatters in goals with four. Alexa LoBasso has added two of her own and Georgia Place also has tallied a goal. Kelly Gende leads the team in assists with two while Seem, LoBasso and Hanna Arvay all have one. Osborn has totaled 97 saves throughout the season in 13 matches.
 
Scouting the Governors (5-9-1, ASUN 3-4)
Aniyah Mack leads Austin Peay with 5 goals over fifteen matches. Kasidy Schenk and Ellie Dreas have each tallied two goals while six other players have found the back of the net. Tori Case leads the Governors with three assists followed by Lindsey McMahon and Carolyne Young with two a piece and five other players tallying an assist. Goalkeeper Katie Bahn has started made every start for Austin Peay as she has totaled 68 saves on the season while conceding 27 goals.
