Thailand- Two members of the Hatters' Volleyball team will be competing in the FIVB Beach Volleyball U21 World Championships in Thailand on November 7.
 
Sophomore Tori Clement will be representing Canada and Hanna Gubik will be representing Hungary.
 
To qualify for this event both players have to be under 21 while competing in events in order for them to be ranked high enough to be selected by the Continental Confederations. Gubik and her partner as well as Clement and hers both missed the main draw but were selected in the qualification to make it into the event. 
 
Clement has an overall 11-10 record with the Hatters playing on courts 2-5 over her career.Gubik just joined the Hatters this fall as a freshman. She has played in five international events with her highest finish being 9^th. Gubik has also earned 17^th three times, 21^st three times and 45^th one. She has also competed in four events in Europe.
