Box Score DeLand, Fla. - On a sunny and beautiful morning Stetson (16-7, 6-2) defeated Queens (5-17, 0-8) 7-0 on senior day.

Prior to the match Stetson honored Anais Gabriel, Noa Cohen and Elodie Foster for their contributions to the program.  
 
The Stetson Hatters dominated doubles, with Noa Cohen and Anais Gabriel finishing first on court three, 6-0. While Alana DiFrancesco and Cheri Darley finished next on court one with a winning score, 6-1.
 
The Hatters were off to a great start with Noa Cohen bringing home the first Hatter win for singles on court four, 6-0, 6-1. Magdalena Hedrzak finished next on court five 6-1, 6-2 putting the Hatters at a 3-0 lead early. Cheri Darley finishing on court 3 soon after wiping out her opponent, 6-0,6-2 clinching the match for Stetson. Pilar Astigarraga Harper finished fourth on court 5 winning, 6-1,6-1. Alana DiFrancesco battled her way to the finish winning, 3-6,6-3, 10-7 on court 1. Anais Gabriel secured victory, 7-6,7-6, for a full Hatter sweep 7-0.
 
"We sent the seniors out the right way for their final regular season match. These 3 girls have been a big part of where the program has got the last few years. Without their buy into our system, we would not have achieved the success we have had. I am truly thankful to them all," said Stetson head coach Travis Sandlant.

The Hatters have completed ASUN conference play and will find out where they will be seeded in the ASUN Championsips in the coming days.
