TALLAHASSEE, FL - The Hatters cross country program finished the fall season at the NCAA Regionals on Friday. The women's team finished in 30th place, while the men's finished in 24th.
In the women's 6,000m
Blair Durda paced the Hatters finishing in 22:41.4 (134th), following Durda was
Madison Kerr-Wong running a 23:21 (177th).
Deanna Bottino ran a 23:44.7 (186th),
Annabelle Brink 24:28.8 (208th) and
Taylor Cushenberry finished with a 24:58.8 (212th). Stetson finished in 30th overall as a team.
Conrad Voigt led the Stetson men's team as he finished in 32:51.9 (109th), he would be followed by
Seth Singer who came across the line in 33:25.9.
Eduardo Diaz Deanda finished in 33:30.1 (130th),
Zeke Galbraith 34:28.6 (153rd) and
Luke Danison finished in 34:56.7 (163rd).
Carlos Cerrud was the final Hatter to cross the line at 36:18.2 (173rd). Overall the men's team finished 24th ahead of FAU and FIU.
The NCAA Regionals conclude the fall cross country season for the Stetson program. The Hatters will look toward the spring when they will take to the track for more racing.
