THE LEAD
The Hatters four game win streak and their undefeated conference road record came to an end on Saturday at the hands of FGCU. Depsite the loss, Jamiya Turner provided a season-high 21 points and nine rebounds while Khamya McNeal drained four three-pointers. With the regular season road schedule concluded, the Hatters return home to host Jacksonville on Thursday and UNF on Saturday, the latter being senior day. Tip-off against the Dolphins is scheduled for 7:00 PM on Feb. 29 at the Edmunds Center with all the action streamed on ESPN+ and live stats at gohatters.com.

INSIDE THE SERIES
This will be the 52nd time these two programs from the Sunshine State meet. Through their 51 previous match-ups, the Hatters hold a 34-17 record. While the Hatters narrowly lead on the road 13-10, they have controlled home court, racking up an 18-5 record. They last meet earlier this season on Jan. 6 when the Hatters won 59-53. They were led by McNeal's 12 points while the defense limited the Dolphins to just 28.8% shooting. In the long standing history between the two, they first met back on Dec. 16, 2000 when the Hatters took the inaugural game 79-68. Stetson began the series on a 10-game win streak and enter this weekend's match-up riding a four-game streak against the Dolphins.

Stetson approaches the midweek game sitting second in the conference with an overall record of 15-13. They have won eight of their last ten games, including two separate four game win streaks straight, and now hold a 10-4 record in the ASUN after falling to FGCU.

The redshirt-senior only attempted two shots from the line, hitting both, while she also drained a three-pointer.
