The Stetson Beach Volleyball team (11-5) went 2-0 on the second day of the Stetson Spring Invitational to complete the weekend sweep, defeating North Alabama (12-4) 3-2 and then College of Charleston (3-9) 5-0.
 
The Hatters started off the day against ASUN foe North Alabama, winning a tough match 3-2. Pair 1 went to three sets, as Tori Clement and Shae Henson claimed victory 21-19, 16-21, 15-12. The second pairing of Audrey Gauthier and Carolina Ferraris fell in three sets 21-17, 24-26, 8-15. The third pairing for the Hatters, Vanessa Hurnikova and Gabriella Bramante picked up the win in three sets 21-16, 17-21, 15-13.
 
Lauren Della and Alanna Shields won on court 4 21-18, 21-13. Pair 5, Kiki Drozd and Klea Sirois came up short in a tough three set match on their court by scores of 20-22, 21-14, 17-19. Order of finish 4,5,3,1,2.
 
In the afternoon, Stetson took on College of Charleston earning the win 5-0. Henson and Clement won on court one for the Hatters 21-5, 21-13. Pair two, Gauthier and Ferraris won 21-13, 21-19. Bramante and Hurnikova, pair three were victorious 21-15, 21-16. 
 
Shields and Della earned a point on court 4 with a 21-16, 21-12 win. Drozd and Sirois were the fifth pair and started the scoring for the Hatters with a 21-15, 21-14 victory. Order of finish 5,4,2,1,3.
 
Stetson will head out west for the Lopes Invitational on March 29-30, where they will face Arizona, Arizona State and Grand Canyon.
