Eighteenth ranked Stetson Beach Volleyball split on the final day of the Lopes Invitational. They fell to Arizona State 1-4 before defeating #16 Grand Canyon 3-2.

Vanessa Hurnikova won the Hatters their lone point against Arizona State 21-19, 24-22.

Tori Clement fell 17-21, 9-21.
Audrey Gauthier and
Carolina Ferraris dropped their point in three sets 17-21, 21-18, 12-15. The third pairing of
Alina Urzua and
Alanna Shields fell 12-21, 13-21. Pair five,
Klea Sirois and
Kiki Drozd dropped their points in three sets 14-21, 26-24, 11-15.
Against Grand Canyon
Shae Henson and
Tori Clement won 21-12, 21-15. Audrey Gautheir and
Carolina Ferraris bounced back grabbing their point in three sets 18-21, 26-24, 15-13. Pair five,
Klea Sirois and
Kiki Drozd won 22-20, 21-18.
The third pair of
Alina Urzua and
Alanna Shields fell in three sets 14-21, 21-14, 11-15. Pair four,
Lauren Della and
Vanessa Hurnikova dropped their point 9-21, 17-21.
On this roadtrip the Hatters have beaten both #19 Arizona and #16 Grand Canyon for the first time which is the first time the team has ranked west coast wins since 2019.
