Stetson Beach Volleyball fell to North Florida 3-0 in the ASUN Beach Volleyball Finals after defeating Florida Gulf Coast 3-2 in the semis.
 
In the first match against FGCU Klea Sirois and Kiki Drozd grabbed the first point on court five 21-17, 21-23, 15-7.  Pair one, Shae Henson and Tori Clement grabbed the second point in three sets 21-17, 19-21, 15-11. The clinching point was earned by the second pairing of Carolina Ferraris and Audrey Gauthier in three sets 19-21, 21-12, 15-13. 
 
Third pairing Vanessa Hurnikova and Lauren Della fell in three sets 21-17, 18-21, 8-15. Pair four, Alanna Shields and Alina Urzua dropped their point 12-21, 17-21.
 
With the Hatters win they advanced to the ASUN Beach Volleyball Championship Finals against North Florida with just an hour between matches. 
 
The third pairing, Hurnikova and Della fell in three sets 16-21, 21-18, 9-15. Shields and Urzua dropped their point on court 4 9-21, 17-21. Pair five of Sirois and Drozd fell on court five 8-21, 21-19, 17-15. 
 
The second pair of Gauthier and Ferraris were trailing in the first set 13-15. Henson and Clement on court one, won the first set 21-17 and were trailing in the second 13-16. Shae Henson and Tori Clement were named to the ASUN All-Tournament Team.
