JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Stetson University men's soccer hits the road Saturday night as the Hatters visit North Florida in their return to conference play at Hodges Stadium in Jacksonville. Kickoff is set for 7:00 PM, with the match streamed live on ESPN+.
The Hatters (4-5-1, 1-0-1 ASUN) are coming off a hard-fought 3-2 road loss to South Florida, where junior forward Zsombor Pall and sophomore Mauricio Restrepo each found the back of the net. Graduate goalkeeper Nicolò Radaelli has started nine matches this season, tallied 29 saves on 103 shots faced with two shutouts.
Stetson and the Ospreys currently sit as the top two teams in the Graphite Division. North Florida (9-3, 2-0 ASUN) enters on an eight-game win streak, with senior forwards Luc Granitur and Jaxon Reinhardt leading the charge, each tallying five goals and one assist. Sophomores Mark Romano and Geraldo Neto have each scored four times, while Romano, Granitur, and Reinhardt all rank among the team leaders with 11 points. Redshirt junior goalkeeper Luciano Natoli has made 42 saves with six shutouts and a 0.91 goals-against average over 11 starts.
Historically, Stetson holds a 13-7 record against North Florida, including wins in three of the last four meetings. The Hatters have fared well on the road against the Ospreys, posting a 5-4-1 mark away from DeLand. Saturday's matchup will test Stetson's resilience as they aim to bounce back from last week's narrow defeat and continue their pursuit of the ASUN title
