Stetson Men's Rowing Set to Take On IRA National Championship

DELAND, Fla. — Stetson University Men's Rowing is set to take the national stage this weekend as the Hatters head to Camden, New Jersey, to compete in the prestigious IRA National Championship Regatta, taking place May 30 – June 1 on the Cooper River.

The Intercollegiate Rowing Association (IRA) Championship is the pinnacle event in collegiate men's rowing, featuring the fastest and most competitive crews from across the country. Stetson's selection to the field marks another milestone for the program and reflects the continued growth and rising competitiveness of Hatter Rowing.

Stetson will race in the Men's Varsity 4+, a fiercely competitive boat class known for its intensity and strategy. The crew has built strong momentum through the spring season, highlighted by podium finishes at regional regattas and a standout performance at the SIRA Championships last month.

The Hatters are scheduled to hit the water at 11:40 a.m. on Saturday, May 31.  Live results and video streaming are available by clicking here.
