LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Stetson women's soccer hits the road for a pair of ASUN matches this week, beginning Thursday, Oct. 1, at Bellarmine at 7 p.m. before traveling to Lipscomb for a 2 p.m. matchup on Sunday, Oct. 4.

Scouting the Hatters
Stetson opened ASUN play with a 2-1 victory over West Florida before falling 1-0 to Queens on Sunday. Payton Quinones recorded the first goal-and-assist performance of her career against West Florida, scoring the opening goal before assisting on Ava McKay's game-winning goal. McKay continued her strong stretch with her third goal of the season against West Florida, marking her second consecutive match with a goal. She nearly found the back of the net for a third straight match against Queens, hitting the crossbar in the second half.

Clare Boesel earned ASUN Goalkeeper of the Week honors last week and enters Thursday's matchup with a .640 save percentage and 32 saves across 722 minutes in goal for the Hatters.

McKay leads Stetson with three goals, while Stella Comana leads the team with two assists. Both of Comana's assists came on McKay goals in Stetson's 3-0 win over Eckerd.

The Hatters have recorded 66 shots this season, including a season-high 15 against Queens. Quinones and Eva McCoy are tied for the team lead with 11 shots, while McKay leads Stetson with eight shots on goal.

As a team, Stetson is averaging 7.3 shots per game and has put 40.9 percent of its attempts on goal. The Hatters' goalkeepers have combined for a .660 save percentage while posting a 2.00 goals-against average.

Scouting the Knights
Bellarmine enters Thursday's matchup with a 2-5-2 overall record and a 0-1-1 mark in ASUN play. The Knights drew North Florida 1-1 before falling to Jacksonville 2-1 last week.

Bellarmine is led by Katie Paulakonis, who has tallied four goals on 21 shots this season, including 13 shots on goal for a .619 shots-on-goal percentage. Campbell Tippey ranks second on the team with two goals, while five other Knights have scored once.

Anna Jenkins has started all nine matches for Bellarmine, making 40 saves while posting a 1.84 goals-against average and a .714 save percentage.

As a team, the Knights are averaging 1.22 goals per game on 9.0 shots.

Scouting the Bisons
Lipscomb enters the week with a 3-2-4 overall record and a 0-1-1 mark in ASUN play. The Bisons drew Jacksonville 2-2 before falling to North Florida 1-0.

Lipscomb is led by Tatum Ahlemeyer, who has tallied four goals on 13 shots this season, including all three of the Bisons' game-winning goals. Abigail Ross follows with two goals, while Haylee Dean and Annalise Cannada have each scored once. Olivia Strong leads Lipscomb with three assists, while five other Bisons have recorded one assist.

Sunnie Woodard has started all nine matches for Lipscomb, totaling 33 saves across 675 minutes. She enters the week with a 0.80 goals-against average and a .846 save percentage after facing 96 shots.

As a team, Lipscomb is averaging 1.0 goal per game on 11.3 shots and a .451 shots-on-goal percentage.

Thursday's matchup will mark the fifth all-time meeting between Stetson and Bellarmine, with the series tied at 2-2.

Sunday's matchup against Lipscomb will be the 22nd all-time meeting between the Hatters and Bisons, with Stetson holding a 10-8-3 record in the series.
