Prior to Stetson
- Was a cheerleader for four years at Lake Mary HS
- Helped the program to six FHSAA State Championships
- Her youth and junior dance teams won Summit seven times from 2016-19
- Her senior dance team won worlds in 2019
- Was on the U.S. National Team three times from 2017-19, serving as the captain of that squad in 2019
- Served as team captain her senior yeaar of high school for the cheer squad and her last two years for her dance team

- Was born on June 10, 2004, in Lake Mary
- Is the daughter of Tom and Dawn Melani
- Has two brothers, TJ and Mason
- TJ is a member of the Stetson baseball team
- Chose Stetson over Florida Atlantic and Jacksonville
- Is a Marketing major
