Hatters, Radford Square off Friday at Savannah Invitational

After a pit-stop in DeLand for some Thanksgiving dinner, Stetson men's basketball continues play in the Savannah Invitational when the Hatters face Radford on Friday and Florida A&M on Saturday. Both games tip at noon at the Savannah Civic Center, and can be heard on WSBB AM 1230 and 1490.
 
The Hatters (2-3) flew home on Wednesday after an 85-72 loss at Air Force on Tuesday. Derick Newton (22) and Divine Myles (20) led the Hatters in scoring, but Stetson couldn't overcome severe foul trouble against the Falcons.
 
Radford (1-3) enters Friday's game following a 58-47 loss at Mercer on Tuesday. The Highlanders average just 59.5 points per game and are led in scoring by Caleb Tanner's 10.8 points per game.
 
Florida A&M (2-3) is seeking its first Division I victory of the season after dropping an 82-62 decision at East Carolina on Tuesday. William Desmond leads the Rattlers in scoring at 14.6 points per game.
