Hatters Visit SIU Edwardsville on Wednesday

Stetson men's basketball faces yet another first-time foe when the Hatters visit SIU Edwardsville, 9 p.m., EST, Wednesday in Edwardsville, Ill. The game can be seen on Fox Sports Midwest.

The Hatters (4-6) are seeking their first true road win of the season after suffering a 95-68 loss at Iowa on Monday. Sophomore Leo Goodman tied a career-high with 14 points to lead the Hatters against the Hawkeyes. Derick Newton (12) and Luke Doyle (11) also scored in double figures for Stetson.

The Cougars (4-4) had a two-game winning streak snapped in their last game with an 83-60 loss at Indiana on Dec. 2. SIUE is playing just its third home game of the year.

•With a career-high 13 assists last Saturday against Florida College, Angel Rivera moved into 8th place on Stetson's career assist chart. He now has 329 career assists.
•Divine Myles missed Stetson's game with Florida A&M, snapping a streak of 66 consecutive starts and 70 straight games played
•Kevin Ndahiro has enjoyed the best games of his career in Stetson's last two contests, totaling 17 points and 17 rebounds against Florida College and Iowa
•Senior forward Brian Pegg is expected to miss his ninth consecutive game tonight. Pegg last played on Nov. 14 against FIU.
•Walk-ons Brady Moses (2) & Matthew Cioce (6) scored their first career points as Hatters vs. Florida College
