Hatters Open Three-Game Road Trip Wednesday at South Alabama

Stetson men's basketball opens a three-game road trip when the Hatters visit South Alabama, 8 p.m., Wednesday at Mitchell Center in Mobile, Ala. In addition to South Alabama, the Hatters will also visit North Dakota State on Friday and Green Bay on Saturday.

The Hatters (3-2) enjoyed a laugher in their last game, defeating Ave Maria, 87-53, on Monday. Luke Doyle (15), Divine Myles (12) and Christiaan Jones (11) each scored in double figures for the Hatters.

South Alabama (3-2) has won its last two games entering Wednesday. The Jaguars are members of the Sun Belt Conference.

•The Hatters and Jaguars met last season in DeLand with Stetson claiming an 87-78 victory
•Senior guard and Mobile native Divine Myles will play in his hometown on Wednesday for the first time as a collegian. Myles led Blount High School to a 6A state runner-up finish as a senior
•At 3-2, the Hatters are off to their best 5-game start since the 2011-12 team also started 3-2
•The Hatters have just 35 turnovers through the season's first five games
•Angel Rivera is currently leading the ASUN in assists per game (8.2) and assist-to-turnover ratio (8.2)
•Divine Myles scored 12 points on Monday and needs just 29 more to move into the Stetson career top 10. He currently ranks 11th with 1,386 points.
•Angel Rivera now has 473 career assists and is 54 shy of becoming Stetson's all-time leader
