DeLand, Fla. - Stetson sophomore women's golfer Alexandria Buelow (Palm City, Fla.) did not have her incredible rookie year go un-noticed by national golf media as Golf Digest/Golf World Magazine has selected the 2010 Atlantic Sun Conference Player of the Year and Freshman of the Year as one of its Top 50 Players to Watch.

In 2009-10, Buelow won two tournaments, placed in the top five at eight other events and led Stetson to its second consecutive A-Sun championship and NCAA East Regional appearance.  Her 73.1 stroke average in 2009-10 represented a school record and led all A-Sun golfers.
