St. Augustine, Fla. - Inclement weather washed out the third and final round of the World Golf Village Intercollegiate on Tuesday, leaving the Stetson women's golf team and junior Lauren Cate (St. Augustine, Fla.) with second place team and individual finishes.

This tournament concludes the regular season for the Hatters; they will now gear up to go after their third consecutive Atlantic Sun Conference Championship April 11-13 at Victoria Hills Golf Club in DeLand.  Stetson, hosting for the third year in a row, won the 2009 title at Victoria Hills and the 2010 event at Venetian Bay Golf Club in New Smyrna Beach.  Venetian Bay will host again in 2012.
