Hatters Host Rematch With Jacksonville

Stetson women's soccer hosts the Jacksonville Dolphins for the second time in three games, this time at 6 p.m., Saturday at the Athletic Training Center.

The two teams battled to a 2-2 tie on Feb. 28. The Hatters (1-2-1, 0-1-1 ASUN) jumped out to a 2-0 lead early on, thanks to goals from Britney Bertram and Lily Truong. The Dolphins (0-6-1, 0-1-1 ASUN), responded with two scores of their own in the closing minutes of regulation and the teams settled for a draw after a scoreless overtime.

The Hatters enter play this weekend following a 1-0 overtime loss to North Florida. Stetson controlled much of play throughout the effort, but fell to the Ospreys on a tough, rebound goal in the 93^rd minute.

Jacksonville did not fare much better in the past week. The Dolphins were held scoreless in a 4-0 loss to FGCU. JU managed five shots and nine saves in the loss.

Both teams are seeking their first conference win of the season.
