Hatters Return Home for Saturday ASUN Clash

Stetson women's soccer looks to build on a solid start to the season when the Hatters host ASUN foe North Florida, 6 p.m., Saturday, at the Athletic Training Center.

The Hatters (1-1-1 overall, 0-0-1 ASUN) are showing an ability to put the ball in the net in the early part of their season, scoring 6 goals in three games, a 2.00 goals per game average which ranks third among the ASUN's nine teams.

Last time out the Hatters played to a 2-2 draw at Jacksonville. Britney Bertram and Lily Truong each scored for the Hatters but Stetson was unable to hold an early 2-0 lead as the Dolphins rallied to tie the match just before the end of regulation.

UNF (4-0, 1-0) sits atop the ASUN standings after a 4-1 win at FGCU last weekend. The Ospreys lead the league with 13 goals in four games. Thaiss Reiss leads the ASUN in both goals (6) and points (14).
