DeLAND, Fla. – The Stetson Hatters closed out their regular season in style, earning a 6-1 victory over the Bellarmine Knights on Senior Day, Sunday morning at the Mandy Stoll Tennis Center. The win marked their fourth straight and capped off a near perfect ASUN campaign with a 7-1 record — the program's best under Head Coach Christophe Noblet.

Prior to the match, the Hatters honored their five seniors: Juan Jose Rodriguez, Haris Eminefendic, Lucas Olivier, and team captains Sami Ozzor and Eder Blanco. The latter four all notched wins in singles play to help seal the victory.

In doubles action, Ozzor and Xavi Sarda secured the deciding point with a 6-3 win on Court 2 — the Hatters' 12th doubles victory of the season and fifth in ASUN play.

Ozzor continued his dominant form in singles, earning a three-set win to improve to 16-3 overall and a perfect 8-0 in conference matches, closing the regular season on a 13-match winning streak. Blanco also had a strong showing, winning both his doubles match alongside Christian Kuehne and his singles match on Court 1, finishing with a 12-6 record. Sarda wrapped up the regular season with a team-best 16-2 singles record, earning the final win by opponent retirement. Olivier and Eminefendic also won their last singles matches at Mandy Stoll Tennis Center, with the former providing the match clinching point.
